Girls under age 18 should use the website only with involvement and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Conference registration for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Parent or guardian attendance may be required for minor participants
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, speakers, and other participants
We reserve the right to remove attendees engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior

Parents or legal guardians who do not wish for their child to appear in promotional media should notify event organizers in writing prior to the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests, The Salty Experience, LLC cannot guarantee exclusion from all group or candid photography.

We may use third-party providers for payments, ticketing, analytics, or communications.

12. Conference Registration, Refunds & Event Changes

Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a registered attendee is unable to attend, registration transfers may be permitted at the discretion of The Salty Experience, LLC and must be requested in writing prior to the event.

The Salty Experience, LLC reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, programming, venues, activities, event timing, or event details as necessary without prior notice.

In the event The Salty Experience, LLC must cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, attendees will be notified regarding available options, which may include event credits, registration transfers, or refunds at our discretion.

13. Assumption of Risk

By registering for and attending a Salty Experience, LLC event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in conference activities, travel to and from the event, participation in group activities, and use of event facilities.

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for the supervision, safety, conduct, and well-being of their minor children throughout the event unless otherwise specifically communicated by event organizers.

Attendees agree to exercise reasonable care and personal responsibility while participating in event activities.

The Salty Experience, LLC provides faith-based, educational, and ministry-related content intended for informational and spiritual encouragement purposes only.
