Reach Her Early.
Anchor Her Deeply.
Send Her Empowered.
A transformative, faith-based weekend conference for girls 11-14 and their moms!
the movement
The Salty Experience was born from a simple conviction: girls need truth before the world gets the loudest voice. Because ages 11–14 aren't just another season. They're some of the most formative years of a girl's life. It's the window where identity is being shaped, confidence is being tested, friendships are shifting, and the voices competing for her attention multiply by the day.
SOCIAL MEDIA TELLS HER WHO TO BE
CULTURE TELLS HER WHAT’S VALUABLE
COMPARISON TELLS HER SHE’S BEHIND
PERFORMANCES TELLS HER SHE’S NOT ENOUGH
And all of it starts speaking long before most girls are deeply rooted in who God says they are.

Reach Her Early.
Anchor Her Deeply.
Send Her Empowered.
A transformative, faith-based weekend conference for girls 11-14 and their moms!
We believe that's too important to
leave to chance.

the salty experience
is a space intentionally designed to step into this critical window and help girls build something culture can never give them.
It’s a space intentionally designed to step into this critical window and help girls build something culture can never give them: a strong foundation, a clear identity, and a faith that feels real enough to carry into everyday life. And while this experience is deeply impactful for girls, it’s also intentionally designed for moms. Our hope is that she leaves feeling equipped, not overwhelmed—supported, not sidelined. More confident in her voice, more aware of her influence, and more anchored in the truth that she doesn’t have to step back in this season. She gets to step forward—empowered by the Holy Spirit—to walk closely with her daughter as she grows in identity, faith, and confidence in who God created her to be.
this isn't a stiff church event
or a weekend full of surface-level conversations.
It's a high-energy, deeply meaningful experience where moms and daughters laugh together, worship together, learn together, reconnect together, and leave stronger together. Because we believe following Jesus should never feel less compelling than following the world.
We believe girls don't need watered-down truth. They need truth they can understand, truth they can experience, and truth they can build their lives upon. Most of all, we believe true empowerment isn't found in the world telling girls who they are. It's found in knowing whose they are.
Our prayer is that every girl and every mom leaves more deeply anchored in Christ, more confident in her God-given identity, more aware of the Holy Spirit's presence in her life, and more equipped to live as salt and light in today’s culture that is desperately searching for something real.

That's
why we're here.

the mission
We're not waiting for crisis. We're stepping intentionally into the years where identity is still being formed.
The Salty Experience exists to reach girls before culture defines them, anchor them deeply in biblical truth, and equip them to live boldly as salt and light in their generation. We believe ages 11–14 represent one of the most formative seasons in a girl's life. Long before high school, girls are already developing beliefs about who they are, where they belong, what shapes them, and what voices they trust. That's why we're not waiting until after that occurs. We're stepping intentionally into the years where identity is still being formed.
Through Christ-centered experiences for girls and the women guiding them, we help girls build confidence rooted in Christ instead of culture, strengthen faith that feels real in everyday life, and develop the courage to live differently in a world constantly telling them who they should be.

At the same time, we equip moms with practical tools, spiritual confidence, and meaningful connection so they can continue leading long after the weekend ends.
Because transformation doesn't happen through one emotional moment. It happens when truth becomes part of everyday life. This is more than a conference. It's intentional identity formation for one of the most important seasons in a girl's life.
one of the most important seasons in a girl's life.
the meaning
The name comes from Jesus’ words in Matthew 5:13–16:“You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world.”
Salt preserves. Salt influences. Salt changes the environment around it.
Jesus never called His followers to blend into culture. He called them to impact it.
And that calling isn’t just for girls—it’s for moms too.
For the way we live, speak, lead, and show up in everyday life, right in front of them.
Because girls don’t just listen to what we say… they learn what to believe by watching how we live.
Our prayer is that every girl and every mom who walks through The Salty Experience leaves knowing who she is, what she stands on, and how to carry God’s truth into her friendships, homes, families, workplaces, and generation with confidence, compassion, wisdom, and courage.

the foundation
Every Salty Experience is built around four foundational connections we believe every girl—and her mom—needs to flourish…
1: Connection to God
Identity begins here. Girls and their moms are grounded in who God is, who He says they are, and how to walk with Him in a way that feels personal, real, and relevant to everyday life.
“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” John 15:5 (NLT)
2. Connection to Self
Girls learn to understand their emotions, steward their bodies, build resilience, and develop confidence rooted in truth rather than comparison, performance, or insecurity. Moms are also equipped with language, understanding, and confidence to walk with their daughters through this season with wisdom and peace.
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” Psalms 139:14 (NIV)
3. Connection to Each Other
We intentionally strengthen the mother-daughter relationship through shared experiences, honest conversations, and moments that build trust, understanding, and connection during a season when relationships often begin to shift.
“And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up.” Deuteronomy 6:6–7 (NLT)
4. Connection to Others
Once identity is anchored, influence follows. Girls learn how to navigate friendships, community, leadership, and culture without losing themselves—living as salt and light wherever God places them. Moms are also equipped to help them process relationships, friendships, and cultural pressures with wisdom, discernment, and ongoing conversation beyond the weekend.
“You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.” Matthew 5:13-16 (NLT)

Truth Over Trends
Culture shifts constantly.
Truth doesn’t.

We care more about rooted identity than curated appearances.
Connection Over Perfection
Real conversations matter more than looking put together.
Emotional Honesty
Girls cannot heal, grow, or connect where they have to pretend.
Relevance Without Compromise
We speak the language of this generation without watering down Scripture.
Moms Who Stay Engaged
Parents are not background characters in spiritual formation.

About Adriane
Most of us weren’t exactly handed a “here’s how puberty works” handbook. We got a vague “you’ll figure it out when the time comes,” a few awkward memories of our own, and now we’re parenting girls thinking… soooo am I just supposed to know what I’m doing here? Adriane gets it.
She’s a puberty support coach for Christian moms, host of the Empowered Puberty for Girl Moms podcast, and a mom of two girls navigating the same season herself—real life, real questions, and plenty of “Lord… please send help” moments. She believes God intentionally entrusted your daughter to YOU. And during puberty, your voice matters more than you may realize.
The problem? Most of us were never shown how to lead through this season. That’s why Adriane teaches from a foundation of biblical truth, body literacy, and practical wisdom—helping moms understand what’s happening in their daughters’ bodies, stay closely connected, and confidently guide the girls God created them to raise.
Every podcast episode, coaching conversation, and resource points to that same mission. Those conversations naturally led to co-creating The Salty Experience. Because this was never meant to be just another weekend.
The Salty Experience exists because this generation of girls is growing up with purpose, identity, and a calling on their lives. Moms have the incredible privilege of helping them recognize it, nurture it, and walk it out. It’s not just a moment. It’s a movement. And Adriane is honored to walk alongside the moms rising to this calling.

About Kaase
Kaase Levell (like sassy... but with a K) has been in her "big sister era" for the last 18 years. She's watched girls spend way too much energy chasing likes, replaying awkward moments at 2 a.m., comparing themselves to filtered strangers, and believing lies that were never theirs to carry. So she decided to do something about it! Because confidence hacks fade. Trends expire. But girls who know Jesus? That's a different story.
She's the founder of Literally magazine, host of the FR, Let's Talk podcast, and now co-visionary behind The Salty Experience—Three different platforms. Same heartbeat.
Known for her quick wit, big-sister energy, and "let's just be real" style, Kaase is a Bible nerd, hype girl, truth teller, and honorary big sister all rolled into one. Think Bible, banter, belly laughs, and the occasional, "Girl... respectfully, no." Around here, expect truth bombs, zero pretending, and a whole lot of Jesus.
So honestly? The Salty Experience was kind of inevitable. After years of cheering girls on through magazine pages and podcast episodes, it was finally time to get everybody in the same room. Because this was never supposed to be just another weekend. It's the spark. The weekend is temporary. The salty? That's the movement.
